On an episode of the Gervais podcast, Karl Pilkington claimed that in the face of a sudden shortage of qualified news-readers, a monkey hosted a TV show in Moscow and interviewed Cher.
(Steve jokingly suggested that Cher was the guest... Karl somehow believed this).
In Karl's bizarre version the monkey interviews her and the best part is that Cher LOVES IT and wants to return to the show in the future.
Karl simply cannot seem to grasp the gaping hole in the story wherein the monkey communicated with a human.
